Email us on info@costumecreations.com.au with your requirements and we will get back to you within 24 hours. We can help you design your costume or create a costume you or your choreographer has designed.
We understand that on occasions things happen and you will need a costume sooner than later. As long as we physically have the time to slot your order in we will be happy to accommodate. Please contact us to see if we can help.
We would advise you to check what size you are ordering from our sizing guide on our website first. However, if you have made a mistake we will happily exchange any product you may have ordered incorrectly. Please contact us on info@costumecreations.com.au to make arrangements.
Yes, we do ship overseas. Our website is set up to process all orders internationally. If you think there is an error with any of the shipping prices quoted at checkout, please contact us to check it. We want to keep all shipping costs to a minimum and we are happy to double check you are getting the best deal.
We ship every weekday so all orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of being received.
