Costume Creations Delivery and Returns

We hope you love shopping with Costume Creations. Here are our delivery and returns policies to help make sure we meet your expectations. Contact Us.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders will be dispatched via Australia Post (or Courier)within 48 hours of your order being placed and paid for. Postage prices and delivery estimates will vary depending on your location. If goods are damaged or faulty upon receipt, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Costume Creations immediately to arrange return of the goods.

We use Australia Post for delivery of all online, or phone orders. Depending on your delivery location please allow the standard 3-7 working days for delivery. Express Post is available.

Orders over the value of $100 will be shipped free of charge, using Australia Post.

If you request international shipping, rest assured our website is set up to process all orders internationally. If you think there is an error with any of the shipping prices quoted at checkout, please contact us to check it. We want to keep all shipping costs to a minimum and we are happy to double check you are getting the best deal.

Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm.

Returns and Exchange Policy

All items are subject to the following conditions:

  • We will not replace or exchange items that have not been cared for as recommended in the Costume Creations Product Care guidelines.
  • We will not replace or exchange items damaged through wear and tear, damage from contact with liquids or make up.

If the product is proved to be faulty (not applicable if damaged in transit) Costume Creations are happy to exchange the item for the same product or give a full refund (including postage). Items MUST NOT have been worn or labels removed.

If you purchase the wrong size garment, we can arrange an exchange for another size if it is available, within 7 working days of goods being received.  If the desired size is not available we will offer you an alternative style or a refund at your request. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with tags attached together with original packaging. Replacement items will incur the same shipping fee as the original item.

If you change your mind about a product for any reason and wish to return* it, a 10% restocking fee applies and no refund will be given for postage costs incurred. 

*Excludes custom made items

We do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit and would strongly recommend you select registered post for peace of mind.
